2. Our Services
Style & Colour by Stefania offers the following services:
- Colour Analysis — an in-person seasonal draping consultation to identify your most flattering colours.
- Personal Shopping Online — tailored online shopping support delivered to your inbox.
- Wardrobe Edit — an in-person session at your home to review, organise, and optimise your existing wardrobe.
- Gift Vouchers — available for any of the above services.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make changes to our services or pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are made by contacting us directly via the enquiry form on our website or by email. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due no later than 48 hours before your session.
All payments are made by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
If the remaining balance is not received within 48 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this case, your deposit will not be refunded.
For gift vouchers, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

| More than 48 hours before your session | Your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. You will not be charged the remaining balance. |
| Less than 48 hours before your session | The full session fee is retained. As the remaining balance will have already been collected at this point, no further charge will apply. |
| No-show | If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the full session fee is retained and no rescheduling will be offered. |
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@styleandcolourbystefania.com.
6. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, provided you give more than 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing by email.
A second rescheduling request will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply.
We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred new date, subject to availability.
7. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of our cancellation.
8. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a session costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid by bank transfer before the appointment.
- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
9. Your Responsibilities
To get the most from your session, we ask that you:
- For colour analysis sessions, arrive without makeup or with minimal makeup, as this can affect the accuracy of the draping process.
- For wardrobe edit sessions, ensure the space is accessible and that you are present for the full duration of the session.
- Please avoid wearing fake tan to your colour analysis session, as this can affect the accuracy of the draping results.
- Let us know in advance of any relevant considerations, such as accessibility needs, that may affect the session.
10. Limitation of Liability
Style & Colour by Stefania provides professional advice and guidance based on training and experience. However, all recommendations are made in good faith and results may vary between individuals.
We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with purchases made following a session, or for any loss or damage arising from the use of advice provided during a session.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and design — is the property of Style & Colour by Stefania and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
12. Privacy & Data
We collect and process your personal data only for the purposes of managing your booking and communicating with you about your session. Your details will never be sold or shared with third parties. By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you consent to us storing your contact information for this purpose.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
